Day 4, Level 1 - 30 Day Shred

So tonight the side lunges with the arm lifts sucked. The lunges were fine but doing the strength training on my arms was not fun. I thought my arms were going to fall off lol. The cardio kind of got me too. I didn't stop once I just kept thinking, "I'm going to be skinny, I'm going to be skinny." or, "I'm going to look GREAT when this is done. It's only 20 minutes a day you can do it."

I haven't seen what levels 2 or 3 look like yet. I'm wondering how much pain I'm going to be in then. Well 4 days down now, 26 to go! Woo hoo.

  1. Great Job!! I was wondering about level 2 and 3 myself? I was think I should move on after day 10 and then after day 20, unless I cant handle it-LOL
