Day 9, Level 1 - 30 Day Shred
I did great tonight! Nothing really killed me tonight. The side lunges with arm raises are getting a lot easier. LOL, as soon as I get used to it we have to move on to level 2! I'd love to write more but I have to get up at 4am to get ready for a breakfast where I have to do some sales schmoozing. Hope the rest of the ladies are feeling as good as I am.
