Day 28, Level 3 - 30 Day Shred
I can't believe there are only 2 days left wow. I haven't been seeing the scale move down much but I can definitely feel a difference in my body. My thighs for one are really firm now. The scale read 155. Not as low as I'd like but the inches are coming off. I can do this ... 2 more days woooo hoooo!
