I don't feel soo bad tonight. I'm soaking wet which is great and my hands aren't screams at me. The arm lifting stuff wasn't as tough tonight either. I'm definitely not feeling sore like I was at the beginning of level 1. I like the different cardio stuff in this level. The only thing that is still bugging me is my left ankle, especially during the oblique twists and jump rope. Overall, a good night!
