Day 11, Level 2 - 30 Day Shred
Wow Wow Wow! My wrists didn't like all that plank. It was kind of fun to do something different today though. I liked the walking push ups. I did not like the stuff with the arms tonight. That v fly thing was icky. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. My shoulders and wrists are going to ache this level I think. Well 19 days left!
