Hot for Halloween Challenge Day 1 Level 1

A few of my other mommy friends are eating healthy and working out again. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and monitoring my food intake. I have a 3 month old baby girl now and I' working on getting back to my pre-pregnancy shape. Today I weighed in at 165.4 pounds. I set 2 goals for myself.

1. To get down to my pre-pregnancy weight by New Years. I was 154 when I got preggo with Kat.


2. To get down to my ideal weight of 140 by my anniversary which is March 15.

I just did day 1 of level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. It totally made my arms and legs feel like jell-o! I know it will get better and look forward to it.
