Day 10, Level 1 - 30 Day Shred
Ugh! I REALLY didn't want to work out today. My heart wasn't in it but I did it anyway. I am really sick of doing the same thing now so glad to start level 2 tomorrow. I'm a little afraid to start level 2 at the same time because everything I've read says that it's the worst of all 3 levels. We'll see guess. 1/3 of the way there! We can do this ladies! Off to bed for me.
