1. To get down to my pre-pregnancy weight by New Years. I was 154 when I got preggo with Kat.
2. To get down to my ideal weight of 140 by my anniversary which is March 15.
I just did day 1 of level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. It totally made my arms and legs feel like jell-o! I know it will get better and look forward to it.
