Day 15, Level 2 - 30 Day Shred
Not soo bad tonight. I did have a point where I thought my legs were going to pop out of my hip sockets. It felt really strange during the plank jacks. Plank anything... eww not fun. I made it half way through the 30 day shred wooo hooo!!! Down hill form here yay! Come on ladies we can do this!
