Day 22, Level 3 - 30 Day Shred
My hips are killing me. I'm not a big fan of this level yet. I will say that my push ups are getting a whole lot better. I miss levels 1 and 2 lol. I know I can do it I've come this far, can't quit now. 8 more days to go.
